Tom Ross is President and CEO of TAFFD's, a global NGO dedicated to enabling young people to solve existential threats. He is also the Director of Sentient Rights for the United States Transhumanist Party and author of The US6 Hexalogy, the first novel written for Machinekind. His TEDx Talk, "Open Source Mode" outlined processes he uses to help companies prepare their Human Resources for AI/Automation. He speaks and develops academic curricula designed to prepare humanity to embrace the AI Age by identifying and enhancing the uniquely human skill sets that cannot be coded or automated.
